⚠️ You will be given immediate access to the registration form on a new page.

⚠️ The ID and password for the registration form are NOT the same as your ID and password for the abstract submission (on www.icsv31.org). After submitting an abstract, you need to set up a new ID and password for your registration (and vice versa). Please remember your password!


☑ IIAV / CSM / CAS membership must be current at the time of payment.

☑ Each registration fee entitles presentation of only one paper; additional presentations are each charged an extra paper fee of USD 100.

☑ The registration fee is given in USD including local VAT taxes.

☑ The Full Registration Fee includes congress materials, admission to all scientific sessions and exhibition area, coffee breaks, lunches, Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, and Closing Ceremony.

☑ Only one accompanying person can be added to each registration. Accompanying person should be a direct family member (spouse, partner, daughter, son, etc.). The Accompanying Person Fee includes Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Closing Ceremony, and one city tour of Incheon/Seoul.

☑ Gala Dinner is to be booked separately for all registrants.

☑ Students/Retired must submit a certificate of proof in English to registration@icsv31.org within a week of their registration.

☑ If you choose to make the payment by Bank Transfer, please be advised that the final amount received by the Organizing Committee should be your registration fee. Please remember to pay for all bank charges on your end, i.e., sender pays all fees.

- Cancelations must be sent in writing by email to the Registration Secretariat at registration@icsv31.org.

- Delegates who cancel between 1 April 2025 and 15 May 2025 will be refunded 50% of the total of their registration fee. If paid by Bank Transfer, the administrative fees and bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be made after the congress.

- If the cancelation is requested because of a denied visa, a full refund (after deducting administrative fees and bank charges) will be made.

- No refund will be made from 16 May 2025.

- Please note that tickets for the social activities (Gala Dinner and Tour) are not refundable.
